Welcome to the website of the Evaluation Working Group

 This website was realized as part of the project "Development of the evaluation capacity within the Managing Authorities and ACIS" financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Technical Assistance Operational Program.

 

 

 

 

What, who, how and when?

Evaluation of operational programs financed through cohesion and structural funds is managed by "evaluation units" set up at the level of the managing authorities. The members of the evaluation units meet up periodically ever since 2006, within the Evaluation Working Group which is chaired by the General Director of the Authority for the Coordination of Structural Instruments.

 

The EWG Mandate ofers the Group the responsibility to analyse and agree upon, at a technical level, the structures, systems and procedures regarding the evaluation of programs financed from structural instruments. It is responsible for issuing recommendations aimed at improving the coordinated evaluation of the National Strategic Reference Framework and of the operational programs.
