The "Guideline for the 2012 interim evaluation of the Operational Programmes" was elaborated to support the Managing Authorities in drafting the terms of reference for the 2012 second interim evaluation and to ensure the coherence and coordination of these evaluations.

Dr. Judit Habuda, Preşedinte a Societăţii de Evaluare din Ungaria vorbeşte Grupului de Lucru pentru Evaluare

Dr. Judit Habuda, Chairperson of the Hungarian Evaluation Society talks to the Evaluation Working Group about the evaluation experience of other Member States.

The Evaluation Central Unit, together with the evaluation units within the Managing Authorities have started ever since 2006 a difficult and complex process of setting up an Evaluation System for the Structural Instruments. Even though at the present this System is at an advanced level, there is always room for improvement. The Evaluation Working Group meetings provide the platform through which new information is brought into the system.

During the 22nd of February 2001 EWG meeting, Dr. Judit Habuda, Chairperson of the Hungarian Evaluation Society was invited. She spoke to the members of the Working Group about the experience of the other Member States in managing different evaluation systems, about the best practices in the field, the methods for evaluation capacity development, etc.

Dr. Habuda spoke about what an Evaluation System means- a sistematic approach of evaluation. She have examples of evaluation systems from Lithuania and Poland.

Evaluation capacity and the ways to improve it, were also topics covered by Dr. Habuda. She gave examples from Lithuania, Germany, Greece, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland.
