Would you like to easily access the studies conducted by independent evaluators on the results obtained and expected from the investment of European Funds in Romania?

Starting from January 2013, the Central Unit for Evaluation from the Authority for Coordination of Structural Instruments published a centralized library of all evaluation reports issued so far at the operational programs level and the National Strategic Reference Framework, 2007-2013. These reports represent independent opinions on the success of projects and operational programs financed by EU funds in Romania. Studies include examples of best practices and lessons learned, as well as recommendations for improving weaknesses.

The Central Evaluation Unit will continue its efforts to develop the Library, by updating the evaluation reports as they will be issued and by adding other documents related to evaluation, such as studies and analyses about development needs and preparation for the next programming period, hoping that "this will enhance the growth of the evaluation culture and transparency of the use of European Funds".

Please find the report you are looking for by using a search engine, according to criteria such as:

• year of publication,

• type and objective of the evaluation,

• thematic objectives aimed at in the evaluation,

• potential beneficiaries and target groups,

• evaluation methods and tools used.

The instrument for managing the evaluation results has been deployed under the project „Improving the use of evaluation in the policy-making and decision-making process in the field of structural instruments in Romania ", SMIS Code 41649, financed from the European Regional Development Fund through OPTA 2007-2013.
