The network offers the possibility of joining various types of members, regardless of their specific field or legal personality: institutions working in the field of structural instruments and other areas of public policy, but also public policy evaluators or representatives of academic and research institutions.

Within the RER there are 4 categories of members:

  • Professional member - are individuals involved or interested in evaluation and the study and promotion of evaluation, including evaluators, researchers, policy makers, program managers, administrators, auditors, consultants, teachers from all relevant disciplines;
  • Institutional member - are corporate entities such as research institutions, universities, audit firms, non-profit and trade associations, active in the field of evaluation;
  • Student - are students who follow disciplines relevant to the field of assessment. The existence of this type of member responds to the need to stimulate the next generation of public policy evaluators;
  • Honorary member - are persons who have actively contributed to the achievement of the objectives of the RER and who have made considerable contributions to the field of evaluation. The election of honorary members is made at the proposal of the Council and is validated by a vote of the members of the Network.
