The Evaluation Central Unit ensures the issuing of independent opinions on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability and coherence of strategic documents, programs and projects financed by the European Union in order to contribute to the decision making process related to financing priorities, allocation of resources and management of interventions, as well as to the increase of accountability of the stakeholders involved in implementing these interventions.
