Realizarea de evaluări în perioada 2009-2010-Extins

The general objective is to contribute to the consolidation of the coordination capacity for the implementation of Structural Instruments and to the development of an appropriate administrative system, through actions which target the ensurance of a common level of experience and knowledge amongst the stakeholders.

The specific objective of the project is to perform evaluation activities for the National Strategic Reference Framework and for the Operational Program for Techincal Assistance, corresponding to the 2009-2010 period.

Financing source: project financed from the European Regional Development Fund through the Operational Program for Technical Assistance.

The following are the results:

• an evaluation report for NSRF
• an intermediary evaluation report for OPTA
• a synthesis report
• two ad-hoc evaluation reports, at the request of the National Coordination Committee, the OPTA Monitoring Committee or ACSI
  • Examination of the interventions performed in the transport infrastructure and environment
  • Challanges in the capacity of public and private Structural Instruments beneficiaries

• at least 4 dissemination events organised
